I HEREBY give notice that it is my intention to apply to the Waste Lands Board in Dunedin, at its first sitting, after the expiration of three weeks from date hereof, to exchange my Agricultural Lease — Section 23, Block IV., Waipori, and section 18, Block XIV., Tuapeka East, under the Goldfields Act, 1866, "for a Lease under the Waste Lands Act, 1872.
