In the Supreme Court to-day, William Sturrock, charged with embezzlement at Tokomairiro, was foxmd guilty, and sentenced to twelve months' imprisonment. Tho case against John Fearon, for breaking into the house of the Hon. James Paterson, is now proceeding.'
