WARDEN'S COURT, LAWRENCE.

(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., Warden.) Wednesday, 18th March. The application of Edward Malone for an agricultural lease of section 34, block X., Tuapeka East was adjourned. The following applications were adjourned for survey : — James Parsons, for section 22, block VIIL, Hill End ; Edward Kingcombe, for section 18, block VIIL, Hill End; Alfred Kingcombe, for section 17, block VIII., Hill End. Andrew Miller's application for an agricultural lease of sections 3 and 4, block X., and 42, 23, 24, and 44, block VIII, Hill End was withdrawn, Mullens and Others r. M'Kenzie and Another. — This case was adjourned from the 25th February. 1874, and was a complaint asking for the cancellation of defendants' cer- i tificate for extension if race. The defendants were fined 205., and costs of Court, 21s.
