People can now get married cheaply in Victoria, all fees having been abolished for the solemnization of matrimony, according to the Angelican Church. Bishop Perry thus delivers himself on the point :•— " I have satisfied myself that I as a Bishop, have no power to authorise a clergyman, and that no clergyman has of himself to claim, the payment of any fee or solemnising marraige."
