•• Dunedin, Feb. 24, 7.5Q p.m. I Judge Bathgate took his seat on the bench at the Resident- Magistrate's Court this morning, and disposed of the cases before the Court, w Sullivan still remains at Auckland. He •was sent to Onchunga to embark per Phcebe, but declined to go on board. Sergeant Watson, remains with him in consequence. The Auckland authorities do not seem to
know what to do with him. Mr. Vogei is to be entertained at a grand banquet at Grahamstown to-night. The Superintendent and a large party are to be present. ~. -.
