In the following applications for agricultural leases, it was directed that a certificate be issued on.payment of the first half-year's rent: — John Sutherland, section 3, block IX., Waitahuna; John and Joseph Oxenbould, section 13, block VII., and section 1., block IX., Waitahuna. West ; Robert Cottonand Samuel Henry, section 2, block XVII., Tuapeka East.
Robertson v. Sam Moo. Much CJieio, Cum Shew, and Ah Foil. — Complaint that defendants had committed a breach of the Croldfields Regulations, by putting a dam across the Tuapeka River without license. Fined 75., and costs of Court, 14s.
