Mares and geldings allowed Slbs. All disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this Programme (post entry races excepted) unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber to the Race Fund of not less than two guineas. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at his office, up to nine p.m. on Wednesday, 18th February. Entrance money, enclosed with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse and name of owner and colors of the rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined £2, Five per cent, will be deductad from the gross amount of all stakes, for expenses. Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced. Parties entering protests will require to deposit one guinea.
