(Before E. H. Carew,~Esq., Warden.) Wednesday, 4th Fbbeuaby. Robert Elliot's application for an agricultural lease of section 1, block XVII., Tuapeka East, unßurveyed land, was adjourned for 28 days. The Golden Point Water Race Company objected to the application. The applications of William Duguid Morrison for an agricultural lease of section 38, block 1., Crookston district, and of Francis Nicoll for section 37 of the Bame block, were adjourned for survey. The West Britorl Company, by Thomas Mark, applied for a mining lease of 4 acres, situated near Sailor's Gully, Waitahuna. Application adjourned for survey. The application of Alexander M'lntvre for a dam was granted. • • David Reese and John M'lntyre applied for a protection certificate. Granted.
