Court to try the validity of the Superintendent granting licenses when the Licensing Court recently refused to act. J. A. Richmond, a publican, was charged with illegally selling liquor, and, after bearing evidence and arguments of counsel, the Bench considered there had been an infraction of the Act, and fined the defendant in the nominal penalty of Is. and costs.
