HURRY SCURRY HACK RACE, of 5 flovs. ; mile heats. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 3lbs. All disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing Bhall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme (post entry races excepted) unless the latter be. qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber to the race fund of not less than two guineas. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at the Crown Hotel, Switzers, not later than 8 p.m. on the 4th March. Entrance money, enclosed with name, age, and pedigreo (if any) of the horse, and name of the owner and color of the rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stokes for expenses. Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. The Dunedin Jockey Club Rules will b« 6trictly enforced.
