The Auctioneers beg to remind breeders of Sheep that at tbe first series of Sales held by R. W. Capstick at tbo above Yards in 1872, be disposed of over 100 Leicester rams and ram lambs bringing as bigb as £12 ; 200 Leicester ewe lambfs at 30s to 62s each ; 3000 breeding merino ewes were disposed of at same date. Also, at tbe first series of sales held 20th February, 1873, the Auctioneer disposed of 347 Leicester rams of various ages — Mr. Murray's ram lambs brought from £11 to £15 each ; Messrs. Mosley's, Wilson's Hislop's, Grey's, and Sutherland's brought from £4 to £8 each : tbe others from £1 15s to £3 15s each. 317 three-quarter and pure-bred ewe lambs ranged from 22s to 60s each-; 1306 merino ewes, 3s 6d to 5b each ; and 700 two-tooth cross-bred ewes, 10s each. Capstick, Dutbie, and Capstick trust that j vendors will continue tbe same liberal patronage to the present firm as the/ awarded to R. W. Capstick, assuring them that no legitimate means will be spared to make tbe forthcoming Show and Sales as successful as those of tbe last two seasons.
