All disputes, claims, and objection^, arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the 'programme shall be final. No person shall be allowed tcv enter or run a horse for any race in this Programme (post entry races excepted) unless the latter be qualified as the bova fide property of a subscriber to the Race Fund of not less than, two guineas. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at his office, up to nine p.m. on Wednesday, 18th February. Entranco money, enclosed, with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of tteborae, and name of owner and colors of tie rider.
