No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless he be qualified as a subscriber of not lees than two guineas to th* race fund, hack races excepted. 3. The decision of the Stewards in all matters connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. 4. General entries to be ecnt to the Secretary on the 21st January, 1874. before 8 p.ia> 5. Weights for the Hurdle Race, Diatriot and Flying Handicaps to be declared on tha - night of the first clay's racing. 6. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined two guineas. 7. Five per cent, will be deducted from tha gross amount of stakes for expenses. 8. Three horses to start or no race. 9.
