(Before E. H, Carew, Esq., R,M,) Wednesday, 14th January. Theodore Moubray, charged with being drunk and disorderly, was fiaed 405. , in default, 48. hours imprisonment in Her Majesty's Gaol, Lawrence.

(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., R.M.) Friday, 16th January. The following cases were settled of Court ; — M'Beath », Istead, M'Beath v. Davy, M'Beath v. Lawson, M'Beath v. Mackay, M'Beath v. Miller. In M'Beath v. Sutherland and M'Beath v. Ross the amount was paid into Court. M'Beath v. Cowap,— Claim of £19 Is. 6d. made up of dishonored acceptance and goods sold and delivered. The defendant did not appear. Judgment was given for the- amount claimed, with <j»sts of Court 165., and professional costs 21s, Mr. M'Coy for plaintiff.
