Omack. — settled out of court, M'Beath y* , Pepperelh— claim for £3 Bs, judgment for the amount claimed 10s costs of court and £1 Is professional costs. Mr, M'Coy for plaintiff. MBeckthv. Clayfiddi. — Summons not served, a new "one to issue without further expense, M'Bcatfi v> Morris.— jfo. M'Coy for plaintiff, Mr. Copland for defendant. *There was some doubt as to whether the summons had bfeeii served within the jurisdiction, but on its appearing that it had judgment was given for the amount claimed £8 7s 3d. £1 5s costs of court and £1 Is professional coats, Mr. Copland asked far time but the court did not interfere, ' MBeaih t. Ardrafa— Mr. M'Coy' for plaintiff. Judgment for the amount claimed £3 5s costs of court £1 2s and professional «osta£lls. M'Beath v. Zoo Fee, — the summons not having been served a new one waa allowed without further expense, M'Beath v. &in Tip &i»g— settled out of court, M'Beatby. CaMit— £s 4s 3d. was claimed | in the summons, but it was stated that £1 had been paid that morning, judgment for £4 4s 3d costs of court 16s a.nd professional coats £1 Is, half to be paid in one month and the rest in two months, Mr, M'Coy appeared for the plaintiff, ' Sknsan v. Stuart, — withdrawn. MacTciny v. IVqvd. — withdrawn. There being no objections the applications of the following persons for slaughtering licenses -vrere granted s — "William Sheath,'Archibald Hogg. Ein Jay Munro, W. H. Miller, Robs an.d\Thom&s. Hinde.
