FRESH TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary for Works until noon of Tuesday, 20th January, 1874, for Contract No. 827. — Formation of about 28 chains , of road, Fitzgerald's to Dalhousie, situate near Duffy's, between pegs 73 and 100. - Plans aud specifications may be scon and forms of tender obtained at the Office .of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin, and at the Police Camp, Lawrence. Tenders to bo endorsed " Tender for Contract No. 827." The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender, HORACE BASTINGS, Secretary for Works.
