No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless he be qualified as a subscriber of not less than two guineas to the race fund. * 3. The decision of • the Stewards in all matters connected with the carrying out of this programme shall bo final. 4". General entries to be sent te the Secretary on the 21st January, 1874. before 8 p.m. 5. Weights, for the Hurdle Race, District and Flying Handicaps to be declared on the night of the first day's racing. 6. Any jockey riding except in the colors ) entered will be fined two guineas. 7. Five per cent, will be- dechicted from the gross amount of stakes ..for expenses^ I 8. Three horses to start or no race. 9. Any person lodging a protest will have to deposit the sum of one guinea ; and should such protest be not sustained, the same will be forfeited. 10.
