William Hodgson's application for an agricultural lease of section 9 and 69, Block 12, was complied with. Certificate to issue, on payment of first half-year's rent. James Grieve applied for sections 1 and 2, 810-k 11. Waitahuna West. Granted. Certificate to issue on payment of first halfyear's rent. David Reese and John M'lntyre applied for water race. Granted. David Kcose aud John M'lntyre. Application for license to construct a dam. Granted. There were no other cases. The Court then adjourned.
