DISTRICT COURT, LAWRENCE.
Saturday, Bth November. (Before His Honor Judge Gray.) Lawsonv. Nicoll and Others. — His Honor Judge Gray gave his decision on Saturday last in this case. In an elaborate judgment, he stated the grounds of his decision, which was in favor of the respondents, thus upholding the decision of Mr. Pyke, given some months ago. Mr. Copland appeared for the appellant ; Mr. M'Coy for the respondents. Duncan M'Rae's last examination was postponed to the next sittings of the District Court, as was also the petition of Michael Monaghan v. James Harris and William Haves.
