At & meeting of the-directors of theMasonio Hall Co. last night, it was resolved to -wind up the company. Parties on the other side have given £700 to.sefctle dispute. Another- Insurance Company is projected., At a meeting of gentlemen held here last night, it was unanimously agreed to institute a Fire and Marine Insurance Co. in Otago, with branches throughout the colony* Capital £1,000,000, in 10,000 shares.
