Mr Maitland, R.M., will commence, at Tokomairiro, on the 22nd inst., an inquiry into the charge made some time ago by the Rev. Father Coleman against the Rector of the Tokomairiro Grammar School. Tho Herald states that the delay has arisen principally in consequence of Father Coleraan declining to enter upon the inquiry unless the evidence was taken on oath, which, by the issue of a Commission, is now enabled to be done,
