NOTICE TO AGRICULTURAL LEASEHOLDERS. fpHE attention of Agricultural Lease- •*■ holders is directed to the conditions of occupation respecting improvements under which they hold their leases, which provide that Fencing or other permanent improvements shall be made upon the land. These conditions, and the special covenants in the respective leases, must be strictly complied with, and Leaseholders in default will be reported to the Government, in order that the leases may be determined as provided by the Goldfields Act, and the land thrown open for bonajide settlement.
