I THE undersigned, hereby make apj plication to register the Clark's Hill Prospecting Company as a Limited Company under the provisions of ' ' The Mining Companies Act. 1872." 1. The name of the Company is to be the Clark's Hill Prospecting Company, Limited. 2. The place of operations is at Gabriels Gully, Tuapeka, Otago, New Zealand. 3. The Registered Office of the Company will be situate at Gabriels Gully. 4. The nominal capital of the Company is four thousand five hundred pounds (£4500), in 4500 shares of £1 each. 6.
