(Before E. H. Carew, E3q., R.M.) Ann Thompson, charged by the police with being drunk and disorderly, was fined 40a., or in default 48 hours imprisonment. Tn another charge against the same individual for vagrancy, she wa3 adjudged to pay £10, or in default to domesticate in 11. M. gaol, Dunedin. for 3 months. F. C. South, again charged with being drunk and disorderly, waa discharged with a caution.
