The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the tf Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865"'. and will bear interest at the rate of Six per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of the purchaser, in either Melbourne or Dunedin ; and are secured on the City Rates.
