QUEEtf SOLDTE, July 11. The City of Washington was wrecked ten miles from the scene of the Atlantic disaster. Mr Gladstone has withdrawn several Bills, and the Press comment on the barrenntss of the session. Lord Cairns has called attention to the extension of the Appellant Judicature Bill to Ireland and Scotland, as involving a breach of the privileges of the House of Lords.
