I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a Head Water Race for Flour Mill purposes, commencing at a point about one half-mile above the Gorge of the Benger Creek and terminating at the lower end of Moa Flat, opposite Mr. Brazil's Hotel. The length of such Race is 3 miles, or thereabouts ; and its intended course is east. The main depth and breadth of said Race is 3 feet, and it is capable of carrying 4 sluice heads of water.
