Clarke (teller), dimming, Daniel, Davie, De Latour (teller), Driver, Fish, Haggitt, Hazlett, Mills, M'Dermid, M'Glashan, M'Lean, Oliver, Roberts, Rogers, Teschmaker, Tolmie, Turnbull, Turton, Webster. Pairs — For : Richardson, J. 0. Brown. Against : Reynolds, Bathgate. Shand did not vote. He said he had severed connection from his former party, and wa3 now independent.
