All ratepayers who have been excluded from the Roll, or who, being entitled to be enrolled, may from any cause or accident have been omitted, can pay their rates, and lodge with tho City Council, written claims for admission to the Roll, on before 3rd July proximo. Any objections against names already enrolled may be similarly lodged, on or before sth July prox. Blank forms of claims and objections may be obtained on application at the Town Clerk's Office. The Bonds are issjiable under the authority and provisions of the " Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865": and will'bear interest at the rate of Six per centum per annum, payable half -y early, at the option of the purchaser, in either Melbourne or Dunedin ; and are secured on the City Rates.
