ELECTION NOTICE. ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF MATAURA. TN pursuance of the "Regulation of Elections Act, 1870." I, G. F. South, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Mataura, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the twenty-second day of May, 1873, under the Public Seal of the Colony, an Election will be held for the return of one qualified person to serve as Member of tho Provincial Council of Otago for the said Electoral District ; and that the Nomination of Candidates will take place at the Schoolhouse, Tapanui, at noon, on the 20th day of June, 1873 ; and that the Poll, if necessary, Avill bo taken on the 25th day of June, 1873.
