DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP. rFHE Partnership hitherto subsisting beJL tween John Francis Herbert, Edward Herbert, and Archibald McKinlay, under the style of "Herbert and C 0.," Merchants, Lawrence, in the Province of Otago, was Dissolved on the 28th of February, 1873. The business will be continued by the said Edward Herbert and Archibald MoKinlay, under the style of « Herbert and Co." All accounts owing by the late firm will please be at once sent in for liquidation ; and those indebted to the firm will oblige us by a prompt settlement of their accounts.
