Duxedin, March 26. The judge delivered judgment to-day in the case of Clayton t) Morrison. He decided that the injunction shall be limited to restraining from washing away plaintiffs' gold»bearing earth, which may fall into defendants' ground. The injunction to be modified and to be in force until further order of Court ; "provided defendants undertake to keep an account of gold extracted, distinguishing the three classes, as the jury did in thoir finding upon the third count.
