This Company is formed for the purpose of placing a Steam Dredge on the Molyneux River, near Alexandra, to work the deposits in the bottom of said river It is needless here to dilate on the richness of those deposits, it being so well known the quantities of gold obtained for the last 5 years by the dredges worked by manual labor. The Provisional Committee have placed themselves in communication with the best engkieerhjg skill hi the province (some being personally conversant with the nature of the river deposits), the whole being of opinion that there is no engineering difficulty to contend with. It is contemplated to raise 1 , 000 tons per day. The cost per ton will not exceed Od, including wear and tear. The amount of ground is unlimited. There will be no promoters or paid, up shareg.
