The Gabriels Gully Quartz Mining Co., Registered, have agreed to pay an annual rental on the portion of the tunnel used by them of' 20 per cent, of the cost of that portion, or a proportionate rental if used conjointly with other companies, and have taken 1000 shares in the Company. Application has b,een made to Government for an extended claim over the unoccupied ground adjoining the line of tunnel.
