The horse racing will be under the auspices of the Stewards of the Tuapeka Jockey Club, The other sports will be under the management of a committee of gentlemen. THE BANQUET will take place in the evening, in the Schoolroom, Colonsay-street. Chair to be taken at eight o'clock sharp. Tickets— Double, 10s. 6d. ; single, 7s. 6d. THE FANCY F iIR will be held on the Race Course. There will be displayed to the public gaze a wonderful assortment of miscellaneous articles, ranging from the useful to the. ornamental, and comprising works of fine art, humble implements, horses, cattle, sheep, pigs, poultry, and many ether articles, too numerous to particularise. The Prizes at the Art Union are exceedingly valuable, comprising harmonium, splendid pictures, fancy work of all kinds, set of silver-mounted harness, inlaid 100 tables, walnut what-not, and many other articles. A number of ladies from Dunedin will assist the local beauty in the work of presiding over the Fancy Fair. The inimitable Matthew Hay will act as auctioneer. A Dunedin Band of 22 pel-formers will be stationed on the course, and will perform at intervals during the proceedings. PRO&RAMME OF SPORTS.
