Nomination, with 1 guinea enclosed, to be received by the Secretary up to 8 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, the 11th February. Weights to be declared in the Tuapeka Times of the 13th, and the "Otago Daily Times" of the 15th February. Marea and geldings allowed 3lbs. All disputes, claims, and objectionsarising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever theymay appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be finaL No person shall be allowed ta enter or run a horse for any race in this. Programme (post entry races excepted) unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber to the Race Fund of not lesg.. than two guineas.. Entrance money, enclosed with name, age, and pedigjee (if any) of the horse, and name oif owner and colours of the rider.
