All disputes, claims, and objections arising oi\t of the racing, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme (post entry races excapted), unless the latter be qualified as the bona fide property of a subscriber to the race f uiid of not less than two guineas. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at the Crown Hotel, , Switzers, not later than & p.m. on Wednesday, 12th March.. Entrance money, enclosed with na,me, age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse, and name of owner and colors of the rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colors entered, will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes, for expenses. Horses walking over, will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. The Otago Jockey Club rules will be strictly enforced.
