CONSOLATION HANDICAP of 30 soys ; for all beaten horses ; distance, 1^ mile ; entrance, £1 10s. RULES AND REGULATIONS. Mares and geldings allowed 31bs. All disputes, claims, and objectious arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whoever they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this Programme (post eutry races excepted) unless the latter be qualified as the hona fide property of a subscriber to the Race Fund of not less than two guineas. Entries to be received by the Secretary, at his office, Peel-streeb, Lawrence, up to nine p.m. on Wednesday, 19th February. Entrance mor.ey, enclosed with name, age, and pedigree (if any) of the horse, aud mnie of owner and colours of the rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined £2. Five per cent, will be deducted frnn the gross amount of all stakes, for expenses. Horses walking over will receiv) 50 per cent, of the stakes.
