LA TEST FROM FIJI.
[Via Sydney.] Fiji advices state affairs there to be bordering on revolution. The planters on the coast have withdrawn from Cakobau's authority, and published a statement that the Government is insolvent, and that the Treasury notes are almost worthless. Thnrston refused to allow the arrest of a man charged with firing at a planter named Luudberg, and thero is intense excitement in consequence. The whole of the Government machinery is considered a farce. Mr Wood, the Premier, remains at Sydney, unable to obtain the loan
