M'Sinnon, aection 11, ' block 2, Kuriwao ; Alex. Miller, section- 6, block 2, Waipahi. The applications were granted. ' Edward Campbell, for Wm. Eichardson and -others, applied for an extension of time to survey application in -North Harbor and Blueekin District. It was resolved to draw the surveyor's attention to the work, and to grant .extension 'for three months, on account of the special circumstances of .the case, the land being situated in the busE. Mr G F. Reid, for J. W. Robertson and Co., applied to purchase five acres of land at One Mile Creek, for a woollen manufactory. The matter was referred to Warden Beetham for report. Mr Ball's application, on behalf of D. Sinnott, to have section 8, block 28, Havelock, put «p for sale, was referred to the Warden for report. Mr Pat rson's application, on behalf of Mr Anderson, for a lease of the country between Buns 446 and 161, was postponed. The consideration of the application of W. Hecklar and others, for an extension of time to prospect for copper in the bush reserve, Mount Watkins, wae postponed.
