Sir, — Gracious heavens ! what is the world coming to'l If your correspondent " Citizen " is to be believed, our Mayor and the Inspector of Nuisances have had the daring audacity to endeavor to bring into operation the municipal bye,-laws !—! — the opinion of our infallible legal Pope — Mouat — to the contiary noth withstanding 1 Sir, this is dreadful, and must be put down. Why does not some One get up an indignation meeting ? — Yours, &c, Ratepayer.
