All the way along its course it will .commafcid-an extensive area of well-known auriferous country. The first right to twenty-fonr heads of water has been tfeenred by the present proprietors. A promising quartz reef has been discovered on the line of the race, which will render the proper!^ additionally valuable. Upwards of £800 has already been expended on the works. :'"...
