Mr. J. Lows, Coal Creek ; Peter Boyd, Roxburgh ; A. Brazils, Moa Flat Hotel ; !and R. Lancaster, Beaumont. There Iwill be an Accommodation Paddock at Crookston Hotel, Beaumont, for mares, at one shilling per week during the season for each mare. All care taken, but no responsibility. Lord Paisley was bred by John Barr, Esq., Clutha, and is a beautiful black, rising six years old, and stands 16 hands 2 inches high. His sire, Lord Paisley, was imported by R. Miller, Esq., Taieri, 1864. Dam, the mare Blanch, imported by David Wishart, Esq., from Tasmania, took the first prizes at several society shows, viz. , Dunedin, Taieri, Tokomairiro, and Clutha for the best mare of symmetry in the yards. Lord Paisley gained the first prize at the Clutha Society Show, in 1868, andthe first at Tokomairiro the same year, for the best three year old entire colt at hiß age. He also obtained the silver medal|at TokomairiroShow, in 1869, for the best colonial hoiae in the yard, and has proved himself a sure foal-getter. Terms, £4;.
