gir } — Por tfye information of such of your readers as take an interest in the rich deposits of gold, which are known to exist in the beds of Otago rivers, I beg to state that a cpmpany is about being formed, and will shortly be placed before the public, in such a manner as will enable all classes of the. community to engage in an enterprise, which promises to be one of the most successful ever entered into, There is not a difficulty in the' shape pf rocks, tailings, or rapidity of current, between -Cromwell and the- sea, but cat} be overcome by scientific applipatipn. ifo more shares will be sold than Js necessary for the .construction of one ■ boat, which will be placed at work onthe river pn tl c shortest possible notice .
