(Before Vincent Pyke, Esq., Warden.) A. Gillies v, Sn Hung. — This was a suit to decide the ownership of a mining claim. Mr Copland appeared for defendant. It appeared that plaintiff was not [ iti possession of a miners' right at the , time of the dispute, and he was con- : sequently non-suited, with costs. Browjlitot v. Drivar. — In this case an amicable arrangement was affected by the - Warden.
