Sin,— l should like to ask the keeper of the Tuapeka Pound the reason w hy cattle are not advertised when impounded, in place of keeping them eating their heads off. Does the sum of two and sixpence per head pay too well to advertise them ? Is that the reason ? If not, perhaps the keeper of the pound will explain. — I am, &c, One Interested.
