LEASEHOLD LAND AT HAVELOCK MATTHEW HAY has received instructions from Mr. John Tanton to sell by public auction, immediately after the Government land gale, at Coghill's Hotel, Ilavelock ? * All that parcel of land, being Section 14, Block V., Waitahuna East, and containing, by admeasurement 49a. 3r. 37p. ; also, Section 18, Block V., containing, by admeasurement, 47a. ,lr. 19p., being in all upwards of 97 acres of Leasehold Land, which may be converted into freehold in a few weeks' time. These sections are securely fenced, and form one paddock. One crop has been raised fi'om Section 18, and about 15 acres of Section 14 are broken up. The auctioneer would draw the attention of purchasers to this valuable Leasehold Property, which is situated in an admirable locality, having a frontage to the railway, as well as bping adjacent to tlje town of Havejock. Block IV., Table Hill district, containing 33a. 3r. lip, ; also, Section 37 of the same Block, and by admeasurement 47a. lr. 9p. ; also, Section 38 of the same Block containing, by admeasurement, 38a. Or. 21p. The three Sections enumerated above are all fenced, and comprise one paddock of 120 acres, more or less. A water race runs _ through a portion of the land.
