INSOLVENT ESTATES

(To the Editor.)

Sir, — Through the medium of your widely-circulating paper, I- wish to express the general dissatisfaction felt at the conduct of the trustee in insolvent estates in this district. Many months ago, one estate realised a considerable sum, still no dividend has been declared. A second estate has also brought a fair amount to be divided amongst tbe creditors, but no action has been taken by the trustee to declare a dividend. It is very hard upon the creditors that they should be kept out of their monej for months after the different estates have been realised. I do trust tbat the trustee here or Mr. Leary will explain tbe cause of the delay. Still waiting for my share, — I

am, &c,

'BEBTTO2.
