Treloar v. Campbell. — This case was adjourned from the previous Monday, for the purpose of finding out whether* certain ducks sued for were old or young ones. Campbell in the meantime had got some Chinamen to examine tho ducks, and it was found they were old ones. The ducks were returned to Treloar. The case being thus satisfactorily settled,the Magistrate gare, as expenses to Treloar, £3 ICs.
