Or. 36p. ; section 8, block 11., Kaitangata district. 50a. 3r. 22p. ; section 21, block 11., Kaitangata district, 95a. ]r. Op. Total acreage, 1 97 a. lr. 25p. Together with Dwellinghouse, ' bain, 3-stalled stable and stockyard (all erected within the last nine months); also, 40 acres (more or less) of wheat, .oats, potatoes, and turnips. The above property is surr minded by the freeholds of Messrs. M urdoch M'Lennan, Hewitson, Elliot, and Maclean. Both Mr. Hewitson and Maclean ( with only the dividing fence between) have for the last three years successfully had an average yield of wheat and oats of 70 bushels to the acre, and this season's crop promises to be equal to any of the former.
