Amount of capital proposed to be invested —(£3000) Three Thousand Pounds sterling. Proposed mode of working the land — By sinking and tunnelling, and raising the quartz and prushiug it by machinery. Precise locality — At the head of Gabriels Gully, near Gabriels Bush, one mile from the prospecting claim of Marks and party, at Clark's fence, on the same line of reef. Terms for which lease required — Fifteen years, at a rental of £2 10s. per acre per annum. Time of commencing operations — Immediately on obtaining a certiiic,ate for the ground. The above application, and any objection thereto, will be heard before the Warden, at Lawrence, on the 31st day of January, 1872.
